in all aspects of public-sector interpreter/translator management, including CPD/training and complaints/discipline procedures.
Our consultancy services will ensure that our client’s business objectives take account of the complexities of delivering services
to a multi-cultural population and will assist the client in expanding business opportunities beyond language and culture. Consultancy
